Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, here's how we sort it out.

Returns window: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached. We would require a valid reason for the return.

Non-returnable items: Innerwear, and any item marked "final sale" at checkout, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refund process: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
